We are unaware of any documented cases of credit card fraud using our online shopping system. When you place an order, all credit card numbers and details are 128-bit encrypted between yourselves and the bank. No banking details are ever held in clear text.
Descriptions:
Descriptions are those commonly held in the trade and have been given names by ourselves. There may be small variations in size and colour of items. This is normal and is in the nature of the products.
Postage and Delivery:
We try to ensure that orders are expedited as quickly as possible and delivered by the fastest and most economical route.
Details of postage and delivery charges are automatically calculated and shown at the 'Checkout' stage of the ordering process. For orders outside the UK please contact us for an individual quotation (see 'Contact Us').
Cancellations and Returns:
If you place an order and then decide you do not want it, please telephone us as soon as possible on ++44 (0)1722 790049. Providing the order has not been despatched, you will be refunded. If you have already received your goods, you may cancel the order strictly up to 14 days after you have received your goods. We will refund you the cost of the order less postage and packaging strictly within 14 days provided you send the goods back to us in saleable condition at your own expense. Where the goods contain software, refunds will not be given if there is evidence of installation or if the packaging has been opened. Software refunds can only be issued if there is a demonstrable fault with the software.
Returns and Faulty Goods:
Please advise of faulty or wrong goods strictly within 14 days of receiving the order and we will refund or exchange.
VAT:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is already included in all our prices. If you wish to order from outside the EU please telephone us to place your order with VAT free prices.
Guarantee:
We guarantee that all products will perform as stated when used according to the instructions. All our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unhappy with your product, return it to us strictly within 14 days and you will receive a refund less the cost of postage and packaging.
Privacy Policy:
We will collect only information necessary to process your order. This information is collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The details you give when you order are used to verify your payment and for despatch purposes only. It is our policy not to send out unsolicited marketing email. We will keep your information in our database solely for the purpose of informing you of new products and courses. No third party is involved and no information is passed on to any third party.
